I built ROQFLOW because I needed a better way to keep track of my repair orders.
It started as a simple Excel spreadsheet. It got the job done, but I wanted something faster, easier to use on the shop floor, and better suited to the way I worked as a service advisor. I needed something I could pull up on my phone between customers—something that could notify me about waiters, follow ups and when a customer was due back.
Over time, that spreadsheet evolved into ROQFLOW. Today, it's an essential part of my daily workflow, and I built it so it could become part of yours too.
I never set out to build software. I just needed a better way to stay organized and stop things from slipping through the cracks. ROQFLOW is what that solution became.
